Inside Out Method: Turn the shapewear inside out, place your legs inside, and pull it up to your thighs. Then, grab the shapewear and pull it up smoothly until you can reach the straps. Lie on your bed and hook yourself in—this is often the easiest way.

Sitting Method: Sit in a chair, put your legs into the shapewear, and then stand up. Shimmy into it while standing in front of a mirror to hook it. This helps ensure you don’t miss any hooks.
